Bangkok, Thailand
Siam and I go way back. I spent most of my teenage years there. From tutoring school to lunch and dinner spots during high school and university, it naturally became a meeting point, a regular hangout with friends, and a weekend spot with family after we moved nearby. I’ve seen Siam Square change over more than half my life. Walking through it is always nostalgic, even though many of the shops are gone and I barely recognize the new ones. Still, it brings back a sense of youth. Old memories are tucked into every alley, even if I don't think about them much. This place was a big part of my growing up.
