Nakhon Sawan, ThailandA yearly visit to Nakhon Sawan. For a while, I've associated visits there with someone's passing or religious ceremonies related to death. After the temple, we always make sure to visit relatives' houses, where each time there are fewer and fewer family members, whether because the children have grown up and moved to the cities, or the elderly have passed on, moving to another world.
